Export

Look for Immigration template or create your own by 

Add give the template a name

Collections = Immigration Program

Choose the SY

Select - Use SIS Web Service to Automatically export 

Select - Export All Students in Range

Report by Options - Select by ranges for all or check the boy for Individual and enter the student name

Select Process using todays date

Enrollment dates should be the first day of school

Entities should be all

Save and print

The report will be sent by to you from sis once its uploaded

If you receive this Error: Country of Birth is not 1000 or 9030; US Entry Date is required on Web Student

Management\Students\Student Profile\IL/NCLB.

Go to students 

Student Profile

Pull up the student by entering the last name

Scroll to IL/NCLB

Change the US Entry Date so that it matches the District Entry Date

Rerun the Immigration export and in the Report by Options choose Individual Student and enter the last name
