You can navigate to the Student Browse screen, switch the Views to "General-Birth History". Focus on the Birth Country column to review. If there is a student that has the Birth Country field populated different than Once you select Edit the Student's profile window will appear. You will need to navigate to Birth History and populate the corresponding Country of Birth Code
If the Country of Birth Code is anything but US, the US Entry date is REQUIRED. You will also need to navigate to the IL/NCLB tab and enter in the US Entry Date.
Custom Forms do have the ability to populate US Entry date and can be also utilized via Online Registration and/or New Student Online Enrollment.
