Login to SIS (If you don't have a login or password see Annette or Dave)

Select System Listing

Student Information System - Statewide

Select Student and Student Search

Enter the SID (student state identification)

You can find the SID in accessing into Skyward 

Student - Student Profile

Enter the last name in the search box

Scroll down to "IL/NCLB" on the left tab

Look for State SIS Number copy that number

Paste the ID number in the SID

Under Action choose select

RTO

Select +

Enter the required data (see sample below)

Submit
