Dear Annette,
Currently, districts need to review the enrollment and demographics information in SIS, as ISBE will soon be taking a snapshot of the SIS data. This snapshot will be used to populate the Fall Enrollment Report and will be used for student enrollments and some demographics data for your SY2024 Illinois Report Card that will be published in October of 2024.
The EBF Data verification is due on April 15th each year. There is a Fall and Spring count for EBF but both should be reviewed and verified in the spring, due the EBF calculation use of data that is not yet due at the moment. An example of this is ISTAR records for IDEA students.
11/10/2023 - Fall Enrollment data Deadline: Fall enrollment data must be submitted for Fall Enrollment reporting and Report Card enrollment
4/14/2024 - Fall/Spring EBF Enrollment data Deadline: Fall and Spring EBF data must be reviewed and marked verified by the superintendent
