ADA Student Attendance

To verify ADA attendance:

1. Log in to ISBE: Use your ISBE credentials to access the Illinois State Board of Education system.
2. Access Attendance Data: Locate the section within ISBE that displays your school's attendance information.
3. Compare with Calendar: Obtain a copy of the school calendar from Tina.  Carefully compare the number of attendance days listed in ISBE with the number of student attendance days on the calendar.

Important Notes:

• Combined Months: For calculations, consider August & September, and May & June as single months each.
• October Discrepancy: Be aware of a potential two-day discrepancy in October. The state may mark those days as attendance days, even though the school calendar shows them as off days.
