Sending SDD NWEA

Login to NWEA

Print the family report and only check "Illinois Assessment of Readiness" to print on report.

Compress the file by using one of the links USE THIS LINK TO COMPRESS https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf

Once compressed save it and now open Adobe PRO and Convert the PDFs to OCR format, Open the file in Adobe Pro, select OCR on the right-hand side, and then choose "Convert to Text" from the top menu. Save the file in a designated folder.

Proceed to log in to Skylert and navigate to Broadcast and SSD.

Create new broadcast 

Skip pages to start is usually set at 2, and skip pages at the end is typically set at 0.

For the Unique Identifier, use ID:

For NWEA, choose SIS ID NWEA. This selection is necessary due to a special process that removes leading zeros from the student ID numbers printed on family reports. For all other cases, you can use the SIS ID.

Compose and send an email.

In the Broadcast Setting, choose General.

For Target Recipients, select Associated Guardians to reach both parents.

Leave Guardian Category Restriction blank.

Choose DOB (Date of Birth) as the password.

These steps will help streamline the process and avoid potential issues during the School Messenger upload.

School Messenger report if you are seeing the status is "Clicked" that means if there was any link inside the SDD, they have opened it. It was successfully delivered, opened, and clicked.
