Setup Voicemail

First time voicemail setup instructions

Pickup any phone receiver and dial *17

Dial your mailbox number, then the “#” key

When asked to enter your password, simply hit the “#” key

You will be prompted to enter a new password, followed by the “#” key

New password must be at least 6 digits and cannot be your extension, consecutive numbers or the same number four times in a row

Re-enter your new password again, followed by the “#” key

Next, you will be prompted to record your name.  When prompted to do so, speak your first and last name only

To re-record your name, press 1, or to approve and save press the “#” key  

Hang up the phone
