Export Data from Skyward:

• Admin Skybuild and export. In file export Look for the template Infosnap v24/25 with custody and duplicate it.

Setting Graduation Year:

• For current 7th-grade students, set the graduation year in the low field to exclude 8th graders. Set the high field's graduation year to -3 for preschool age.

Setting Current Status:

• Set the current status to "active" excluding temporarily withdrawn students for vacation. NY status should be set to both as well as Members.

Updating School Grades:

• Update the school grades according to their new grade for the next year:

  • PK -3 to -2

  • PK -2 to -1

  • PK -1 to PK

  • K - to 1

  • 1 - to 2

  • 2 - to 3

  • 3- to 4

  • 4 - to 5

  • 5 - to 6 (Update School From field to "Wink" and School ID from 100          to 300 for 5th to 6th-grade students.

  • ... and so on until 7 to 8.

Updating Student Status:

• Change all returning students' statuses to 'R' in the stu_current field.

Assigning School Based on Grade:

• Update students with a school code of 600 to either Wink or Field based on their grades.

Changing Parental Relationship Fields:

• Change the G1/G2 relationship fields from Mother and Father to MOT and
