Gifted and Accelerated records

For Students with Both ACC ELA and Math:

In Skyward, navigate to the student's individual profile.

Locate the section for Academic Programs or Gifted

Assign the following codes:

Gifted: 4

Accelerated: 3

For Students with ACC ELA Only:

Follow steps 1 and 2 from the previous section.

Assign the following codes:

Gifted: 1

Accelerated: 3

For Students with ACC Math Only:

Follow steps 1 and 2 from the first section.

Assign the following codes:

Gifted: 2

Accelerated: 3

Uploading to ISBE:

Once you've assigned the appropriate codes to all students, navigate to the section for Federal/State Reporting in Skyward (this might be under 'Student Information' or a similar menu).

Locate the option to export Gifted and Accelerated data for ISBE.

Follow the on-screen instructions to generate and download the file.

Upload the downloaded file to the ISBE portal following their specific instructions.
