Mass add students to an entity

Use the template “5th to 6th grade”

Edit

Select Range

Enter the grad year for the 5th graders

Select Entry Records Values and enter the first day of school for the new school year or just enter august 1

Save and run

Go to your print queu and you can schedule it as a task to add any new 5th graders
