Hidden forms quick way to retrieve data

To retrieve data from hidden forms, follow these steps:

Navigate to the "Evaluations Administration" and access the "Process View."

Enter the user's name to locate the specific evaluation instance.

Choose "Manage 0 Instance Components."

In this section, all the hidden forms will be displayed.

Change the value to "1" to reveal the hidden form. You will now be able to see the previously concealed form.

Select the "+" button to expand the components and gain access to the hidden form's details.
