Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to add a component from a different eval type to another.
Part 1:
Navigation:
Evaluation > Components > Component Manager
1. Locate the component on the "Evaluation Component Template" side (Left Side)
2. Choose the Eval type you want to update under "District Process" (right side)
3. Drag and drop the whole component (not just the form) from left side to right side
4. Remove the excess forms on that component if necessary by clicking on the red minus button
5. Rename the component if necessary by clicking on the gear icon and check the box to "Default to zero instance?" > Save Component
Part 2:
Navigation:
Evaluation > Administration > Process VIew
6. Search for the user then click on the "Manage 0 Instance Components" And set it to 1 so the newly added component will show on this user only.
